HELP DRAFT AN INTERNATIONAL BILL OF RIGHTS!
“It is better to act to create rights rather than lament the loss of them”.
Article 28 of the Universal Declaration of Human Rights (UDHR) forsaw that there would be future documents to make the rights in the UDHR enforceable in the courts of all countries. This International Bill of Rights (IBOR) is one of those documents.
An International Bill of Rights cannot be written by any single person, or small group of people: Unite brings together PEOPLE, NONPROFITS, BUSINESSES AND GOVERNMENTS to draft this document.
Please leave any COMMENTS you have about the wording of an International Bill of Rights. You can also read COMMENTS made by others. CLICK BELOW to make a COMMENT about a specific Article, or make a GENERAL COMMENT
A RESPONSE is provided to every COMMENT. The RESPONSE is provided by the moderator, Dr. John Kirk Boyd. The entire drafting process is completely transparent.
A new International Bill of Rights booklet is published annually in hard copy, and digitally on this website, which incorporates comments made that year. This is “DRAFTING THROUGH DIALOGUE“. Version 18 will be submitted to the United Nations Human Rights Council, the International Law Commission, and the UN General Assembley on December 10, 2028, the 80th anniversary of the Universal Declaration of Human Rights.
THANK YOU FOR YOUR COMMENTS!
